Journal
The Journal of the Canadian Association for Conservation (JCAC) publishes one issue annually. Articles found in the Journal deal with the conservation of cultural property, including natural history collections, and may describe innovative treatments, challenging projects, treatment or study of interesting or unusual objects, research in conservation, or other conservation activities. Articles submitted to the Journal are selected and edited using a peer review system. Submissions need not be lengthy to be valuable and publishable.
The Editorial Committee of the Journal is always eagerly awaiting the submission of manuscripts for our future issues. The Editor, Irene Karsten , can be contacted at any time to discuss potential papers, and instructions to authors can be found on the CAC Web site under Notice to Contributors. Please do not hesitate to forward articles for the Journal, and encourage your colleagues to do the same. Our ability to produce a publication of interest and quality depends entirely upon your contributions.
Manuscripts can be sent to the Editors of JCAC at the CAC address, or at their business address. Please mark your envelope "confidential".
