Canadian Association for Conservation

The Canadian Association for the Conservation of Cultural Property (CAC) is a not-for-profit organization which furthers the dissemination of knowledge concerning the conservation of Canada's cultural property and heritage. We provide opportunities for networking, professional development and information dissemination for practitioners, individuals and institutional collectors.  

The Canadian Association of Professional Conservators (CAPC)

The Canadian Association of Professional Conservators (CAPC) is a non-profit corporation which was established in 1971 with the primary aim of raising the standards of competence, integrity, and ethics in conservation in Canada. To accomplish this, CAPC has established criteria for the accreditation of conservators and conservation  scientists. Membership in CAPC is voluntary.
