Yes. When registering, you will be given the option to select English closed-captioning or French closed-captioning.

Our priority is to have all attendees watch the conference live during the 3-day conference.  If you have a conflict with the conference schedule, please contact conference@cac-accr.ca for assistance. Recordings will only be available for conference attendees by request for 2 weeks after the conference. We intend to post presentation recordings that we receive permission for to the CAC Member Portal sometime in 2022.

We politely ask that only those who have registered for the conference watch the livestream however, if a group of you do wish to and can do so safely within the physical distancing guidelines in your area, that you consider donating to CAC. All funds received through conference registrations and donations go to directly support CAC initiatives like making bursaries and grants available to our members, and serving the community by offering virtual and in-person opportunities for us to come together through conferences, workshops, and informal talks.  All donations of $10 or more will receive a tax receipt for the full donation amount.  The CRA requires the donor’s complete name and address for a charity to issue a tax receipt.

Information about the fees can be found here. Fees collected help to offset the costs for the conference platform, and for translation services as part of CACs commitment to bilingualism.
